Standard Delivery
Enjoy a hassle-free shopping experience with our standard delivery service. For main centres (CPT, JHB, PTA), expect your order to be shipped within 2-4 working days between 8 am and 5 pm. Regional and remote areas may require up to 7 working days for delivery, all at a flat rate of R80 per parcel.
International Delivery
Looking to get our stunning pieces outside of South Africa? Contact us for a personalized quote based on FedEx international shipping rates. We’re here to make your international delivery as seamless as possible.
Sale Items
Kindly note that only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You have 7 days from receiving your parcel to exchange items or return garments for a refund (if approved). Please note that after 7 days, we will be unable to accept any exchanges or returns.
Refunds (if Applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll promptly contact you via email to confirm receipt. Subsequently, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days, credited to your original method of payment. Kindly note that the timeframe for the amount to reflect in your account may vary based on your bank’s procedures.
